ELIGIBILITY
Graduate Students (with two school subjects) and With minimum of 45% of marks will be eligible for seeking admission to the B.Ed.

PROSPECTUS AND APPLICATION FORM
The Prospectus and application form for seeking admission may be obtained on payment of Rs. 500/- by cash or Rs. 550/- by a Crossed Demand Draft issued by any Nationalised Bank in favour of Samajik Kalyan Sanstha (B.Ed.) payable at Dhanbad at the following Centres :-

PROCEDURE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
Attested Photocopies of following documents be submitted within the period as specified in the advertisement.

A)
1.Certificate and mark  sheet of 10th/HSc, Intermediate &Graudation.
2.Certificate and marksheetof Post Graduation examination (if passed).
3.Nativity/ Permanent Residential Certification of Jharkhand issued by S.D.O.
4.Caste Certificate in case of SC, ST or OBC issued by S.D.O.
5.In case of PH candidates, PH certificate issued by C.S.
6.NCC, Games and sports certificate at state/ national level competition.

B)
1.On recent stamp size coloured photograph to be firmly pasted to the form at specified space.
2.Two self addressed postcards.
3.Two stamped envelope of Rs. 5 of 24 x 10 cm size.

C)
1.All the above certificates in original shall be produced for verification/ submission at the time of admission.
2.Five copies of recent stamp size colour photographs.
3. C.L.C/D.L.C. issued by the institution last attended.
4. Migration certificate if the candidate has passed the last examination from the university other than V.B.U. Hazaribagh.
5. All inservice candidates shall submit theirduty leave certificate from their employer.
6.An affidavit sworn before a notary Public that all information given by them are true.

RULES FOR ADMISSION

  1. Admission shall be taken on merit basis as per marks obtain from Secondary level to onwards.
  2. Only such candidates will be eligible to be considered for admission, who have passed their graduation ievel examination with two school subjects and have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination from a recognised university.
  3. The selection of candidate for admission to B.Ed, course will be done strictly in accordance with the merit list prepared on the basis of rules and regulations of Govt, of Jharkhand candidates will be assigned merit points on the basis of marks obtained at each examination matriculation to post graduate level.

 

INCOMPLETE AND LATE APPLICATION
Incomplete and late application forms, furnishing false information will be summarily rejected without any information to the candidate concerned. In this connection no correspondence will be entertained.
Note:      The College management reserve the right to reschedule the programme of admission to any candidate unsuitable for valid reasons.

ATTENDANCE AND PERIODICAL EXAMINATION
Student must be regular in attending in classes including Practical and internship 75% attendance in each subject and 80% attendance in seminars, group discussion, tutorials, Practice teaching, Craft practical, demonstration etc. is compulsory for appearing in the university examination.
Regular monthly and terminal examination shall be conducted throughout the B.Ed, course as per Academic Calender of the College.
In case of absence from any examination without any reasonable ground which is not satisfactory to the college administration the students shall not be allowed to appear in the university examination of B.Ed.

MISCONDUCT AND INDISCIPLINARY ACTS

Violation of the following rules will be taken as the code of misconduct.

    • Damaging the College property inside or outside the college.
    • Use of abusive slogans.
    • Ragging
    • Disrespectful behaviourwith elders.
    • Misbehaviour with female students.
    • Eve Teasing.
    • Violating the dress code.
    • Using alcoholic or Narcotic drugs.
    • Possessing any weapon.
    • Committing any short of forgery.
    • Disruption of teaching, study, Examination or administrative works, co-curricular activities or residential life of the members of the college.


    PENALTIES
    • Written warning and information to parents will be given.
    • Fine to be determined by the Principal/Authority of the College/ Management.
    • Rejection of admission

IDENTITY CARD

Each and every student will have to obtain his/ her identity card duly signed by the Principal from the respective office counter Every students must carry his/ her identity card along with him/ her and will have to produce the same on demand inside or outside the college campus

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION
The medium of instruction would be Hindi/ English but students will be required to answer their questions in the university examination in the languages or languages prescribed by the Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.

The students selected for admission are required to deposit at the time of admission the college fee as applicable in Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh,

LIBRARY RULES
The college is furnished with a rich and informative library comprising of renowned books and nation wide accepted Journals to enhance teacher's education.
During college hours, library is opened to all the students perusing their B.Ed, study from the institution. A library is meant to satisfy the thirst for knowledge. To enable this task certain rules are required to be followed for conduct of discipline for benefit to all. These rules will help in creating necessary condition under which the library in the modern sense can be established and maintained adequately to serve the needs of users. The rules are appended below :-

    • Students must bring library card complete with photo identification duly attested by librarian and principal with them.
    • The books will be issued only when the library card is produced before the librarian,-
    • Books can be issued only on personal card.
    • Student must maintained pin drop silence in the library.
    • Books will be issued only for 15 days. After 15 days students charged @ 50 paisa per day as a late fine.
    • When the book issued to the borrower is damaged or destroyed he/she will have to pay the fine.
    • Students are strictly prohibited to bring the personal books and their belongings.
    • If a student wants to keep the book for more than 15 days, the book will be re-issued to him/ her on the decision of librarian.
    • If the library card is lost by the student he/she will have to pay Rs. 25 forgetting duplicate library card.

HOSTEL FACILITY
The college provides separate private Girls and Boys Hostel inside the college premises. Details about fee etc. is available in the college office.
